Instructional Design

We create clear, engaging learning materials that ensure learning sticks and behaviors actually shift. From instructor-led training and e-learning modules to on-the-job performance support, we bridge the gap between knowing and doing.

Implemenation

Together, we develop comprehensive implementation plans to ensure successful stakeholder engagement, launch & roll-out, data collection, and ongoing revisions.

Who We Are

Founded by Dayna House, Whetstone Learning provides learning strategy and instructional design services to organizations big and small. Dayna brings a Master's degree in Instructional Design, over 20 years of experience, and a deep commitment to designing learning that actually works.

We know real change doesn't happen during a single training event or eLearning course. It happens when people connect the content to their reality. That's why we specialize in instructor-led and blended learning solutions that extend beyond the classroom, leverage lived experience and peer connections, and include on-the-job performance support from the start.
